The 2011 Southern Zone National Football Premier Division Football League will commence next month.
This decision was reached during the Southern Premier division meeting held last Sunday at Vunimono High School.
National Football League board chairman Dr Hari Kewal said the first round of matches will kick off on May 1st 2011 and that Tailevu Naitasiri, Tailevu North, Nasinu, Lami and Levuka districts will be part of the Southern Premier division competition this year.
The National League board chairman added that a proposal has been put forward by the Southern Premier division officials to allocate them two spots for the second stage playoffs.
