Neil Powell's outfit enters the tournament on the back of the year-ending win on home soil and is pooled with Kenya, Wales and Canada.
Series pace-setters New Zealand will be without injured Tomasi Cama and will face a tough pool that consists of Fiji, Australia and Scotland.
The USA 7s will kick off tomorrow and Fiji will play Scotland at 1:06pm before meeting Australia at 4:02pm.
