The Water Supply Department is currently trying to find out the source of the problem which has resulted in water supply disruptions to Caubati, Cunningham and Valelevu.

Water Supply Department spokesperson Maika Nagalu said engineers are currently on the ground trying to locate the source of the problem.

Meanwhile, those people living in Nadi and Lautoka will have to put up with another week of water rationing as the Water Supply Department continues with their repair works.

Nagalu said they are still conducting their operations between Nadi, Lautoka and the Nagado Treatment Plant and the rationing of water to high areas in Lautoka and Nadi is also being carried out to fill the reservoirs.

Nagalu said supply to these areas will be open from 3-9 o'clock in the morning and from 3-9 o’clock at night, adding three water trucks continue to cart water in Lautoka and two in Nadi.
