The largest indigenous women's organization in Fiji has taken the first step in engaging in the National Council for Building a Better Fiji and are calling on all stakeholders not to let the opportunity to contribute to the process slip away.
Speaking to Village News Secretary of the Soqosoqo Vakamarama Adi Finau Tabakaucoro said it has been a year since the takeover on December 5th 2006 and no one else has come up with any other solution to our problems.
Adi Finau also revealed that the Soqosoqo Vakamarama has already contributed suggestions for the National Council to consider as they try and assist in Building a better Fiji.
The Prime Minister's Office confirmed earlier that the workshops on the NCBBF continue and is setting the platform for the work proper of the Council to get underway shortly.
