Some of the top rugby clubs that have been part of the Fiji Bitter Marist 7's tournament for a number of years will not be participating in this year's tournament which kicks off tomorrow at the National stadium.

Teams like Waimanu, Warwick, Nasinu and QVS have been left out as these did not pay their entry fees on time.

But, the intensity is expected to be the same with 64 teams registered for this year's tournament which includes top teams like Redrock, Wardens, Digicel Fiji Barbarians, defending champions, Army Green, Police, Ratu Filise and Uprising.

Meanwhile, Coca Cola Fiji Limited today presented a cheque of $5000 to the organizers of Fiji Bitter Marist 7's tournament.

Coca Cola Fiji Limited Project Manager, Kameli Batiweti said they are excited to be part of such a high magnitude tournament.
