A number of areas around the country are without water supply this afternoon due to main lines bursting.
A 6 inch main pipe in Deuba, Navua burst this morning causing disruptions to the whole area, Taunovo and Galoa.
Repair works are expected to be completed by this evening.
In Ba, residents living in Wailailai, Votua, Mataniqara, Vadravadra, Natalacake, Sorokoba, Vatileka, Varavu and Itatoko are being advised if water is still in your taps please store some now, as you will experience water disruptions throughout the day due to a burst water main which occurred at Wailailai Flat in Ba this morning.
Meanwhile a burst water main also occurred in Sarava, Labasa that caused disruptions to, Rara, Batinikama, Siberia, Vunivau and Bulileka.
Nagalu said water trucks will be carting water to the areas and supply should normalize by this afternoon.
