The Fiji Electricity Authority has confirmed that their field staff are currently working on restoring power in Colo-i-Suva, Sawani, Waioloa, Monasavu, Tonia, Naiyala Secondary school, Baulevu in Rewa Delta, Bau road, Ratu Kadalevu Road, Cautata, Vusuya, Toga and Lokia.
According to FEA there was extensive damage in some of these areas and the authority is trying to restore power to them.
The list goes on. Other areas without power are Part of Fulton college, Verata, Nakaulevu, Deuba Village, Nasa,Wailekutu samoan Settlement, Veidrala Eco Resort, Serua Island, Rural Rakiraki, Nadarivatu and Johnson Road in Lautoka.
Meanwhile, Water Department Media Liason Officer, Maika Nagalu said water supply across the Central and Eastern Divisions is expected to be back to normal by this afternoon.
