Most People in the Western Division do not know about the People's Charter process and some think that the Charter is already in place.
Team Leader for the Support Secretariat Team in the West, Rudra Maharaj said they are raising awareness that the Charter has not yet been formed and are informing them about the contents of consultation document.
Maharaj said three teams were expected to complete their awareness programmes by Saturday.
Meanwhile, three teams are taking views in the Northern Division and another team is in Lau.
