Some chiefs are expected to be interviewed by the Investigating Team for Fijian Institutions led by Colonel Apakuki Kurusiga for alleged misappropriation of funds.
Spokesperson, Ponipate Lesavua said they have gathered information from members of some mataqalis that lease money has never been shared fairly amongst the members of the landowning units.
Lesavua will not reveal the names of the chiefs as yet as evidence is still being gathered.
