Solomons five-a-side soccer team won the OFC Futsal Championship last night defeating Tahiti 6-4 in the final.
Solomons have now qualified for the Futsal World cup.
Meanwhile New Zealand beat Vanuatu 5-4 in the 3rd/4th playoff.
Fiji finished fifth in the tournament.
