The eight soldiers and a police officer who are alleged to have been involved in the brutal killing of Nadi teenager Sakuisa Rabaka have been replaced by other officers on their mission to Iraq.
This was revealed by Military spokesman, Lt. Colonel Mosese Tikoitoga who said its normal procedure in the Military when they encounter such problems.
