The National Council for Building a Better Fiji has confirmed that the soldiers will be involved in the draft People's Charter awareness campaign.
NCBBF Media Head, Filimoni Kau said the soldiers assigned to the teams are capable of talking about the draft charter and they are needed for this national exercise.
However Kau said those who are part of the draft Charter consultation teams will not be in uniform.
Consultation teams have already started visiting areas in Rewa and Naitasiri.
