Conrad Smith and TJ Perenara are injury doubts for the Hurricanes' clash with the Southern Kings in Wellington on Saturday while Dane Coles and Andre Taylor return to the starting line-up.
Captain and centre Smith has a bruised heel and halfback Perenara is suffering from a calf strain, with both needing to complete training today to take their places in the starting side.
The Hurricanes take on the Kings this Saturday at 3.35pm.
Tomorrow at 6.35pm the Highlanders host the Reds.
