The last day of competition in the elimination rounds at the Hobie Cat Championships went off to a slow start today due to heavy rain.
Speaking to Village sports, Fiji team captain, Graham Southwick said that he is happy with the results as some teams will advance into the semi finals which begin tomorrow.
Southwick adds that the teams going into the semifinals are a good indication of the development of the sport in the country.
The semifinals of the Open Event continue in Laucala tomorrow.
