As the Public Service Commission attempts to recover over paid wages, civil servants can expect slight deductions in their pay packets from this week.
Speaking to Village news, General Secretary for the Public Employees Union Pita Delana has revealed these reductions are due to certain anomalies in pay arising two years ago.
He said they are studying the amendments to the wages to ascertain how it will affect their members.
The Public Service Commission is expected to comment later on in the day.
