Fiji's Ambassador to China has hit out at ousted Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase's comments against the Chinese soft loan.
Sir James Ah Koy said the idea of the soft loan is nothing new as it is part of the e-commerce project and was first signed by the former Finance Minister Ratu Jone Kubuabola in Qarase's government.
Ah Koy added Qarase's comments are just a case of sour grapes.
Ah Koy said the terms and conditions of the loan are still the same and nothing has changed.
