A 39-year-old single mother of 2 has won $30,000 by scratching a "Cash Coconut" Lottery Scratch ticket at the Fiji Tattslotto Lautoka Agency this morning.
The winner, Mrs. Prasad said she was delighted with the win as she had been facing difficulties for the past 12 months. She said since the death of her husband in a car accident 2 years ago, she had a hard time coping with raising her 2 children who are aged 14 and 11.
Mrs. Prasad said she is very thankful and can sleep peacefully at night, knowing that her current financial problems are solved.
Director Mr. Graeme Brown confirmed the winner and said the Lautoka lady wished to remain anonymous.
