The General Secretary for the Public Service Association, Rajeshwar Singh today launched a book at the 43rd Fiji Trade Union Congress Biennial in Nadi which highlights the suffering of the low paid workers in Fiji.
Our Reporter, Nadeem Mohammed spoke with Singh after the launch who stressed that a large portion of workers in Fiji are continually being paid low income which has made their life tough.
Singh said the book which is named struggle for a living wage in Fiji also highlights on the attitude of those employers who can afford to pay good wages but refrain frm doing it.
