Golfer Vijay Singh is in the running for the 2008 PGA Tour Player of the Year award.
Singh have been nominated for the award after a successful 2008 season.
Singh - the three times winner clinched the lucrative FedEx Cup and a $10 million bonus this season and also won the Barclays Classic and the Tour Championship title.
But world number one Toger Woods and multiple major winner Padraig Harrington are the top bets to win the award.
The awards are decided by PGA Tour members with the winners scheduled to be announced in mid-December.
