Singh is 4 shots behind the leader Justin Rose of England, who carded 4 under par 68 to finish in first place.
Tiger Woods who is favourite for another green jacket also shot Even Par 72 and lies in 19th place on the leader-board with Singh.
The second round will resume tomorrow.
