Singh today shot 1 under par 70 to lie in 30th place with a total score of 2009.
With nine shots behind the leader Steve Striker of USA, Singh stands a very slim chance of winning the title tomorrow. World number one Tiger Woods is also in 30th place after carding 1 over par 70 in round three.
The final round of play will be held tomorrow.
