Police search and rescue are looking for a 30-year-old farmer who is believed to have been swept away by strong currents in Sigatoka yesterday.
The farmer of Nawamagi was diving for fresh water mussels and when he disappeared, a search was conducted by the fellow divers who could not locate him.
The Nawamagi villagers are helping police in locating the farmer.
