The short supply of cement has affected the construction of the Nadarivatu Hydro project in Naitasiri.
Works Ministry spokesperson Sainiana Waqainabete said the ministry is trying its best to seek assistance.
She added for other smaller projects they are trying to work within the resources that they already have, as they did some bulk buying and stocked up cement ready for such cases.
