The Caubati shop owner who was threatened and robbed by ten men yesterday morning is thinking about closing his business.

Speaking to Fijivillage, Bal Krishna said he has been running his shop in Caubati for six years and this is the first traumatic experience they have gone through.

At 3 o’clock this morning, the shop owner had opened the gates to allow the bread delivery van driver to come inside when ten masked men armed with cane knives, pinch bars and beer bottles entered the shop and threatened the family members.

Krishna said his wife who jumped from the second floor of the house to save herself received serious injuries to her leg, body and her head.
