Police are expected to question a 30 year old Shop Manager of Labasa for the alleged defilement of a 13 year old girl.
The mother of the girl who works in the same shop has lodged a report with Labasa Police.
It is alleged the shop manager allegedly had sexual intercourse with the girl several times in his shop from 13th December last year.
Police say the mother became aware of the incident recently and lodged a complaint.
The girl is now undergoing medical examination.
