The CID Officers investigating the death of 5 year old Shavneet Kumar are hoping to conclude their investigations by the end of next week.
They have confirmed that doctors and nurses who were in-charge of Shavneet at the hospital have been interviewed and police are now looking at the evidence before taking further steps.
The Health Ministry is yet to release the post mortem results to Shavneet's parents.
His aunt Shobna Sharma said the health ministry is expected to give them the results by next week Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the PSC Chairman Rishi Ram has also asked the health ministry to provide them with the post mortem results.
Health PS Dr. Lepani Waqatakirewa could not be reached for comments.
Shavneet died at the CWM Hospital after being in coma for eight days.
