The Chairman of the Public Service Commission has revealed that the case of Shavneet Kumar is expected to conclude in two months time.
Chairman Rishi Ram said during their meeting last week, they were advised by the Health Ministry that they are in the process of referring disciplinary charges against the five doctors to the Solicitor General’s office.
5 year old Shavneet Kumar passed away in September last year after slipping into a coma after a surgery on his broken arm.
