The four doctors facing disciplinary charges in relation to Shavneet Kumar's case who died at CWM Hospital after going into a coma following an operation on his arm are expected to appear for their hearing next Thursday.
Public Service Commission Chairman Rishi Ram said the commission deliberated on submissions received by Ministry of Health and set a date for hearing.
Ram said the reason this matter has taken so long to address is because investigations had to be carried out first.
