The staff and shareholders of Fiji Airways are expected to get a share of the huge profit recorded by the company last year.
Fiji Airways Managing Director and CEO Stefan Pichler confirms the board will make a final decision on this next month.
Pichler said he will be leaving the company at the end of this month as Managing Director and CEO, however he will remain in the Fiji Airways board.
Pichler said if they meet their budget targets by next year they expect 1.34 million passengers coming to Fiji through Fiji Airways.
