This is the view of Fiji Human Rights Commissioner and Fiji Women's Crisis Centre Coordinator Shamima Ali who maintains that as the Commander of the Fiji Military Forces, Frank Bainimarama should have known about the names of the soldiers implicated in the brutal killing of Nadi teenager, Sakiusa Rabaka.

Ali adds that if he had known the names than he should have sort justice for the families of both Rabaka and Nimilote Verebasaga.
