Three weeks after the sewerage pipe in the old Sigatoka river was washed away by the flash flooding, the Public Works Department has now come up with a plan for the new sewerage pipe to be moved to the new bridge.
PWD spokesperson Sainiana Waqainabete said that survey carried out by their engineers shows it will be wise and safe to shift the new sewerage pipe to the Sigatoka bridge.
