The 12 players and travelling reserve heading to the Rio Olympics are injury free and focused.

Team Fiji 7s coach Ben Ryan says they will maintain their focus and will have tougher sessions before they leave for Rio.

Ryan believes that speed merchant and former World Rugby Player of the Year Samisoni Viriviri has got his sevens legs back and has been outstanding in defence and communicating on the field.

Ryan is excited to see Josua Tuisova and Savenaca Rawaca show their class in Rio.

The players are back in camp today.

The men’s and women’s teams will undergo one more week of training at the Uprising Beach Resort training camp before leaving for Rio this Saturday and next Tuesday.

Fiji will take on Brazil in their first Rio Olympics pool game at 4.30am on August 10th, they will then face Argentina at 9.30am before taking on USA at 4.30am on August 11th.
