The Digicel Fiji Sevens coach Iliesa Tanivula is under no pressure as he leads the team to defend the Melrose Cup in Dubai this weekend.
Tanivula has the players he wanted who were part of the winning team 4 years ago with the likes of Semisi Naevo, Jone Daunivucu, Filimoni Delasau, Apolosi Satala and Neumi Nanuku.
He has been working hard on the combinations and there are still a few areas to work on.
The 2008 FRU Coach of the Year said all the coaches will be under some pressure but he has gone to Dubai with the only aim to come back with the Melrose Cup.
Meanwhile, New Zealand Coach Gordon Tietjens, the IRB's most successful coach, said the biggest challenge for Tanivula is to find the best combination.
Fiji beat New Zealand in the final of 2005 World Cup by 27 points to 19.
