Police have this morning arrested the seven men who allegedly gang raped a 12 year old student in Dreketi last week.
It has been confirmed that Seaqaqa Police are in the process of laying charges against the seven and they are expected to appear in Labasa Magistrates court later today.
Police said the girl who is from Bua went to spend her Christmas at a relative’s house in Dreketi when she was allegedly gang raped by these seven men.
The girl also sustained injuries during the brutal attack.
Police believe the seven men were under the influence of liquor when the alleged incident took place.
