The Lautoka soccer team will be three players short in the O-League match this afternoon against Vanuatu's Amical FC.

The three Nigerian based players who were registered with Lautoka left the country as their visas had expired.

Team President, Shalendra Prasad said this is a big setback for the team as they could not do much to hold back the three important players.

Now only Sanni Issa is the only Nigerian player left in the blues squad and he is expected to be named in the starting 11 this afternoon.

Meanwhile, Lautoka's top midfielder, Jone Vono Junior who had twisted his ankle during a warm up match, trained with the side yesterday and is expected to start from bench in the match today.

The Lautoka and Amical FC match kicks off 3pm at Govind Park today and you can catch a live commentary on our sister station, Radio Sargam.
