A former Cabinet Minister has called on the Police Force to set up a police post in Namuka street after thieves tried to attack his family last night.
Former Labour Minister, Kenneth Zinck said a group of men smashed the windscreen of his house and later tried to make their way inside the house after smashing the glasses.
According to Zinck, thieves fled when he raised the alarm. He has requested police to also do constant patrolling in the area.
Meanwhile, Samabula Police has confirmed receiving a report and said that investigation is underway.
