Concerns have been raised by some patients on the services provided by the Nadi hospital Outpatient Department.
Nadi resident Mehnaaz Sadiq who is to undergo a surgery next month claimed that she had to wait for hours to be seen by a doctor yesterday.
Mehnaaz said after waiting for that long, she claimed that they were told that they will not be seen by a doctor.
She also said people who had to travel for more than 20 kilometers and spend four dollars on fares were told to come back today to be seen by a doctor.
Meanwhile, the Health Ministry said they will look into the matter before making any comments
