The Total Fiji Limited staff ranging from the top to the middle management will be at different Total Service stations today to mark the "Day of Service" , a day used to reinforce the "top service" policy at Service Stations.
Total Fiji Limited Vice President Operations Rupeni Inoke said this day confirms their commitment to provide customers with the best service and seven teams consisting of the management staff will be participating in this event from 9am to 11am.
Inoke said this day provides an opportunity to interact with the customers and collate information of what else can be done to improve the services.
In Suva, the teams will be at Total Lami, Total Hibiscus, Total Laucala, Total Makoi and Total Nausori.
In the Western Division the teams will be at Total Lautoka and Total Airport while in the Northern Division the teams will be at Total, Nasekula.
