Digicel Fiji 7s coach Waisale Serevi is likely to name a 20 member training squad to march into camp after Christmas to prepare for the second leg of the IRB World 7s Series in Wellington and San Diego in February.

Serevi is likely to recall Setefano Cakau, Isei Lewaqai, Eneri Kuru and William Saukuru to strengthen the side which lacked speed in the last IRB 7s outing in Dubai and George.

While overseas based players in Japan like the Man Mountain Semisi Naevo has declared his availability, it is likely they will not join the team until their competition finishes in February.

Serevi will meet with FRU CEO Ratu Timoci Tavanavanua, coaching director Ilivasi Tabua and selectors Mosese Taga, Dan Lobendhan and Vuata Naresia today to review what went wrong in the Dubai and George 7s tournaments.
