The Suva side is on track to book a spot in the quarter-finals after they beat the Papua New Guinea Manjals 14-12 in the first game of the second day of competition at the Digicel Suva International 7s at the TFL stadium.
Suva's tries came from Patrick Osborne and Levani Bocia.
Waisale Serevi helped his Papua New Guinea side to score two tries.
The next game currently underway is between Army and Western Force then at 2:19pm Ratu Filise meets Canada.
The favourites for the Suva International 7s tournament, the Fiji Barbarians will play against Waimanu at 4:09pm and in the last match of the day today at 7:49pm they take on Tonga.

Former Fiji 7s Coach Waisale Serevi will don the Papua New Guinea jersey today for the first time against a Fiji based side.
Serevi who has signed a four-year contract with the PNG side, has replaced injured player Benjamin John who has been ruled out of the tournament.
John was injured in yesterday's game against the Wardens side.
Suva Rugby Union Chairman Vilikesa Rauca said Serevi has been included in the PNG's team as a coach/player.
PNG Menjals will play Suva at 1:35pm.
