Former Fiji 7's coach Waisale Serevi says the Springboks stand a good chance of lifting the Webb Ellis Trophy for a second time.

Speaking in South Africa, Serevi says South Africa have got a good team, they have got good forwards, a very strong pack and they have got a good chance to win the World Cup this year.

He says with formidable packs of forwards doing traditionally well at the World Cup, he feels their backs will play a more prominent role this time around.

Serevi is in Johannesburg to lend in the development of the sport on invitation of the Valke Rugby Union where his future with the Falcons Club will also be finalized later in the week.
