Do not be surprised if you see Waisale Serevi and Tomasi Cama Senior with Alivereti Dere on the sidelines when the Digicel Fiji 7's team takes the field in Hong Kong.
While nothing was said before, head coach, Alivereti Dere has confirmed this today.
Dere said Serevi and Cama will be carrying out their respective roles before the team enters the field.
Dere said he cannot say now if he would need the help of Serevi and Cama in future tournaments as everything will depend on the outcome of this tournament.
Meanwhile, this year’s Hong Kong 7's will break broadcast records for an individual Rugby Sevens event.
IRB has announced that the tournament will be aired live by 23 broadcasters in 144 countries, a new record for a single round of the Series.
Fiji will play Hong Kong at 9.06pm this Friday in the first pool match.
