Digicel Fiji 7's Coach Waisale Serevi is now working to groom a specialist winger in time for the Wellington 7's in February.
Coach Waisale Serevi who met with FRU Board Vice Chairman, Mosesse Nailumu and members of the FRU Board said they had identified the team's problem area and work needs to be done.
Serevi also said the fact that Fiji is a rugby nation has added more pressure on them to better their performance.
The team will march into camp this weekend to start their preparations for the next Leg of the IRB 7's Series in wellington and in San Diego next year.
