The Chairman of Selectors and the Fiji Rugby Coaching Director, Ilivasi Tabua has no personal difference with Rupeni Caucau.
Tabua has called on those critics to come out clean rather than trying to create further problems on Fiji rugby.
Tabua said Caucau was dropped from the Digicel Fiji 7s training squad because of many reasons.
He said even Coach Waisale Serevi was aware that Caucau's name would not be included in the squad.
According to Tabua, they need discipline in the National rugby team and Caucau is not fit to be in the National Team now.
Tabua said they will meet with Serevi this hour regarding his outburst but they will not get Caucau back into the 7's squad at this stage.
Digicel Fiji 7s Coach Waisale Serevi could not be reached for comment.
