With a day to go for the start of the 2008/2009 IRB World 7s Series, all the 16 teams are well geared up for the opening tournament in Dubai this weekend.
The players from all the teams will even get the chance to play at the new Stadium called ' The Sevens" which will also host the World Cup 7s tournament next year.
Digicel Fiji 7s coach Waisale Serevi said he really wanted to play at the New Stadium in Dubai.
New Zealand 7s coach Gordon Tietjens also praised the construction of the new stadium and later said that his aim is to win both the IRB World 7s Series and the World Cup this season.
For USA, which is in Fiji's pool, their coach Todd Clever said they also have a chance in Dubai this year.
The Dubai 7s tournament officially kicks off tomorrow at 5:30pm with the opening match between New Zealand and Wales. Fiji's opening match is against USA at 7:42pm.
