Digicel Fiji 7s coach Waisale Serevi is expected to name some new players in the 12-member team to Wellington and San Diego tomorrow morning.
Although his South Seas Drifters side lost 17-15 to the Digicel Samoa Barbarians in the Darwin 7s final last night, a few players in his team are top contenders for a final spot in the team.
Prop forward, Ponipate Kato's performance in Darwin is likely to earn him a place in the team while new comer Watisoni Votu and Niumaia Cakacaka are also knocking on the selection door.
Emosi Vucago, Lepani Nabuliwaqa, Etonia Naba and Vereniki Goneva are expected to be retained.
The team announcement will be made at 10am at the Fiji Rugby Union House tomorrow.
Fiji is in Pool D in Wellington with USA, Cook Islands and Samoa.
