The third round of matches for the 2015 Fiji Easter Basketball Championships took place last night at the Vodafone Arena and the USP Gym.
In the men’s competition, Senibua upset defending champions Saints 27-25, Warriors beat Senibua 27-24, the Wesley Stripes lost to the Outcydaz 48-29, Fiji Black outclassed Chosen 2 65-14, Fiji White beat SS1 30-10, USP defeated Idaman 38-36, the Pistons beat the Davui Magics 27-25 while Dynamic Redz overcame the Amazons 41-11.
In the women’s competition, Fiji White thumped USP 68-12, Chosen 1 beat Iconic Redz 41-17 and the Mighty Mights defeated New Era 41-28.
The matches will continue at 6pm today in the Vodafone Arena.
The quarters, semis and finals will be held on Saturday.
