The door for selection in the Flying Fijian 15's rugby team to next year's Rugby World Cup is still wide open.
Those were the words of head coach Samu Domoni Junior after he named 23 overseas based players in the 30 man squad for the Europe Tour next month.
Domoni said that the only reason they have opted for an experience team is to give the players a chance to prove themselves ahead of the World Cup since most local based players have been exposed in the PNC tournament.
The Flying Fijians with New Zealand, Australia, Japan and local based players meet with the 16 Europe based players in France on the 7th of next month before the opening test against the host on the 14th of November.
