The Tertiary Scholarship and Loans Board chairman Dixon Seeto is calling on students and parents to stop going to politicians and other people with their grievances or queries.

Seeto said the best way to solve issues regarding the National Toppers Scheme and Tertiary Education Loans Scheme is to deal directly with them.

Seeto added some people have been writing to them on behalf of other students without revealing any names or student numbers and are making general comments and accusations.

Meanwhile, the Tertiary Scholarship and Loans Board has started its work to identify students who will be awarded with scholarships under the National Toppers Scheme.

The Board will decide soon which 600 students will be awarded scholarships.
