Security around the Tongan capital Nuku’alofa is being tightened as the Island Kingdom prepares to host high profile delegates who arrive over the next few hours for the Pacific Island Leaders Forum.
ABC Pacific Beat's Campbell Cooney confirms that major donor agencies from around the world will be present at the forum.
He said it has also been confirmed that the Pacific Island Leaders, through consultations with donor agencies will make decisions on RAMSI and the situation in Fiji.
Meanwhile, Commodore Frank Bainimarama and his delegation arrive in Nuku'alofa on Monday.
